We’re proud to have played a part in the renovation of Sage Hall at Russell Sage College located in Troy, NY.

This 30,000-square-foot project spanned five floors and a basement, and involved selective demolition, asbestos plaster removal, full restroom gutting, and over 200 penetrations to upgrade life safety and MEP systems.

AAC’s team of 15 laborers is on track to complete the work in just 16 weeks.
