AAC is proud to support remediation efforts at the Spier Falls Hydroelectric Dam in Wilton, NY, located along the Hudson River. Our team was engaged to remove debris resulting from a previous fire, including materials presumed to contain asbestos such as flooring, pipe insulation, and transite panels.

As part of this project, our six-person team is performing comprehensive cleaning and preparation of approximately 25,000 square feet of the structure. This work will help ready the facility for future upgrades, including the installation of a new floor system and roof.
